I have a sweet tooth and this can be a problem especially because I’m 22 days into MyFitnessPal program and so close to my goal. So how can I possibly stay on track and indulge? Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies is how. These only have 3 ingredients and take 15 minutes to make. They are 96 calories per serving (serving = 2 cookies). Life is short, be healthy, be happy, lose weight and eat your cookies too.
These may not be Mrs Fields but they have chocolate in them and that’s all that matters!
You will need (for 9-12 cookies)
- 2 Ripe Bananas
- 1 Cup uncooked Quick Oats
- 1/4 Cup dark chocolate chips
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until forming a paste.
Pour in oats and fold to combine.
Mix in Chocolate Chips.
Grease a baking sheet with cooking spray and scoop 1 Tblsp of cookie mixture and place onto sheet. Pop in the oven for 15 minutes. When your timer is up, transfer the cookies to a platter, let cool and enjoy!
